Cancellation Policy

To ensure the availability of our drivers, we require notice for all cancellations. Changes or cancellations are permitted up to 3 hours before your scheduled pickup.

Standard Terms

  • Timely Cancellations (3+ hours notice): No charge. Prepaid bookings will be fully refunded (minus processing fees).
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: If cancelled within 3 hours of pickup, or if the passenger does not appear, the full transfer amount remains due.
  • Pay to Driver Bookings: For "Pay to Driver" reservations, late cancellations or no-shows may result in the suspension of future booking privileges until the outstanding balance is settled.

Flight Delays

We monitor flight statuses for all airport pickups. If your flight is delayed, we will adjust your pickup time at no extra cost. However, please notify us of any known changes as early as possible.

Refunds & Payments

Prepaid refunds are processed within 3–10 business days. For cash/card payments intended for the driver, the client is responsible for the fee if the 3-hour window has passed.

Corporate & Groups

Custom agreements for corporate accounts or multi-vehicle bookings may have specific terms that take precedence over this general policy.
