Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation terms for luxury transfers in Athens. Please read carefully — cancellations are allowed up to a maximum of 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
Standard cancellation rules
- Allowed cancellations: Cancellations made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund (minus any card or payment processing fees).
- Late cancellations: Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup are considered last-minute and are non-refundable, except where otherwise agreed in writing.
- No-shows: Customers who do not show up for the scheduled pickup without prior notice will be charged the full transfer amount.
Exceptions & special cases
We understand that events like flight delays and emergencies occur. For airport pickups we monitor flight status — if your flight is delayed, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate. In some cases we may waive the late cancellation fee at our discretion.
How refunds are processed
Refunds (when applicable) are issued to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment provider and can take 3–10 business days. Any payment processing fees charged by third-party providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
Corporate bookings
Corporate accounts may have custom cancellation terms agreed in writing. If your booking is covered by a corporate agreement, the terms in that agreement take precedence.

To cancel or change a booking please contact our bookings team immediately. Provide your booking reference and scheduled pickup time so we can process the request quickly.
