How to Pay for Your Service
Robin Travel offers multiple secure payment methods for our private passengers and corporate clients.
Accepted Payment Methods
- Payment at Pickup (Pay the Driver) — We accept all major credit/debit cards or cash directly with your chauffeur upon arrival.
- Pre-payment via Secure Link — Request a secure online payment link (Visa, Mastercard) at the time of booking to settle your fare in advance.
- Bank Transfer (SEPA / IBAN) — Ideal for large group bookings and international corporate clients. Bank details are provided on your booking confirmation.
- Monthly Corporate Invoicing — Designed for companies with a registered Corporate Account. We provide detailed VAT invoices for all executive travel.
Transparent Pricing
All prices are quoted in EUR (€). We do not charge hidden booking fees. If paying by card at the vehicle, standard banking conversion rates apply for non-euro accounts.
VAT Invoices & Receipts
An electronic receipt is issued immediately after payment. For business travelers requiring a Greek VAT Invoice (Τιμολόγιο), please provide your company's billing details during the booking process or via email.
