Payment Methods

How to pay

We offer convenient payment methods for private and corporate clients. Bookings for airport and point-to-point transfers are usually confirmed after payment is received. Corporate accounts can be set up on request.

Accepted payment methods

• Secure online card payment — Visa, Mastercard. A secure payment link can provided at booking.
• Payment at pickup — Card or cash accepted with the driver when pre-arranged. For airport meet-and-greet we recommend prepayment for a smoother arrival.
• Bank transfer (SEPA / IBAN) — Accepted for corporate bookings and larger transactions. Bank details are provided upon request.
• Corporate invoicing — Available for companies with established accounts. Invoices include service details and VAT when applicable.

Deposits & cancellations

Certain services (e.g., meet-and-greet, transfers outside standard hours, or special vehicles) may require a partial or full deposit to secure the booking. Refunds are processed according to the booking terms and cancellation policy.

Currencies & fees

Prices are listed in EUR. If you pay with a non-EUR card, your bank may apply conversion fees. Any service fees for on-site card acceptance will be disclosed during booking.

Receipts & VAT

After payment you will receive an electronic receipt. Business customers can request VAT invoices — please include your company name and VAT number when booking.
